Namar Ninur Vinuravangmai is a performance of making marks with spices to a chanting of a Sanskrit prayer. It is an examination of languages. English translations of the prayer refers to a male god although Western form of gender markers do not exist in Sanskrit. This digitally altered prayer is illegible and yet holds memories of languages from Southasia through its intonations.
